Rental Policies and Terms & Conditions

What constitutes a rental period?

RATE ALLOTTED TIME * MAX HOURS IF METERED
4 Hour Rate 4 consecutive hours or overnight 5pm-8am 4 Hours
Day Rate 24 consecutive hours 8 Hours
Week Rate 7 consecutive days to the same time 40 Hours
4 Week Rate 4 consecutive weeks (28 days) 160 Hours

* RENT IS CHARGED FOR THE TIME EQUIPMENT IS OUT....NOT TIME IN USE.

Metered
Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.  Standard hour meter rates apply for special holiday rentals.

Proper Identification is Required
Current Ohio or Kentucky Driver’s License and a major credit card that we accept.  If you are renting for another person, the equipment must be rented in the name of the person picking up the equipment.  All terms and conditions apply to the person picking up the equipment.

Payment
Required at time rental item is picked up. (Excluding open account customers.) We accept cash, local checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Extended rentals are strictly payment in advance.

Damage Waiver
A percentage of the rental rate will automatically be charged for damage waiver unless declined on rental contract at time of pick-up.

Clean Up and Fuel Charges
Equipment must be returned clean and full of fuel. The customer is responsible for items returned not properly cleaned or needing fuel; therefore, additional charges may apply.

Availability
Please call for item availability.  Equipment can be reserved for a time of your convenience according to availability.

Pricing
Prices subject to change. Please call for weekly and monthly rates. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.  Pricing on our website does not reflect taxes and damage waiver... call or email us for a total price quote.

Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and/or pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items must be gathered in a single location convenient for pickup. If you prefer, you may pickup and/or return rental items to our location.

Responsibility
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from pick-up/delivery to return. All items should be secured during transport to and from our store and protected from the weather. Reasonable care & security must be provided while the property is in your possession.  Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.  The customer is responsible for tire and track damage while in your possession.

Problems
If you have a problem with equipment, pick-up, or delivery, call us immediately and we will rectify the problem. If you don't call, we cannot fix the problem.

These terms & conditions do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
