What constitutes a rental period?

Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8
hours per day, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month. Additional
usage will be charged accordingly. Standard hour meter rates
apply for special holiday rentals.
Proper Identification is Required
Current Ohio or Kentucky Driver’s License and a major credit card that we
accept. If you are renting for another person, the equipment
must be rented in the name of the person picking up the equipment.
All terms and conditions apply to the person picking up the
Required at time rental item is picked up. (Excluding open account
customers.) We accept cash, local checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and
Discover. Extended rentals are strictly payment in advance.
A percentage of the rental rate will automatically be charged for
damage waiver unless declined on rental contract at time of pick-up.
Clean Up and Fuel Charges
Equipment must be returned clean and full of fuel. The customer is
responsible for items returned not properly cleaned or needing fuel;
therefore, additional charges may apply.
Please call for item availability. Equipment can be reserved
for a time of your convenience according to availability.

All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and/or pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call
for the charge to your specific location. All rental items must be
gathered in a single location convenient for pickup. If you prefer,
you may pickup and/or return rental items to our location.
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from
pick-up/delivery to return. All items should be secured during
transport to and from our store and protected from
the weather. Reasonable care & security must be provided while the
property is in your possession. Additional charges for replacements are made for
missing or damaged items. The customer is responsible for tire
and track damage while in your possession.
If you have a problem with equipment, pick-up, or delivery, call us immediately and we will
rectify the problem. If you don't call, we cannot fix the problem.
These terms & conditions do not supersede what is stipulated in the
signed rental contract.
